I didn't start as a developer. My degree is in Electronics Engineering — but code was always what excited me. So I made passion my career. That decision led me to Pace Wisdom Solutions, where I've spent 7+ years growing from Software Engineer to Associate Team Lead.
Over that time I've shipped 10+ production web applications, built 3 backend systems from scratch, led development teams, mentored engineers, and architected solutions serving real users across agriculture, fintech, healthtech, and publishing.
Today I pair 7 years of engineering experience with AI tools — certified by Anthropic in Claude Code. The result: faster delivery, fewer bugs, and more time for the architectural decisions that actually move products forward.

I think in data flow and system boundaries, not just features. Every decision starts with the system, not the sprint. The right architecture today prevents the rewrite tomorrow.
A whiteboard hour saves a refactor week. I document architecture decisions, own trade-offs explicitly, and design for humans first — code second.
Every millisecond matters. I measure before I optimize, profile before I conclude, and always ask: what is the user actually waiting for?
Assumptions are traps. I trace execution, instrument the system, form hypotheses, and prove them with evidence. Never guess. Never patch blindly.
I use Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot not to replace thinking — but to ship the thinking 3x faster. Certified by Anthropic. AI is part of my engineering workflow, not a gimmick.
I've mentored junior and mid-level developers throughout my career. Strong teams build better systems. Code review, documentation, and knowledge sharing are engineering work — not overhead.
